- 01Unbox your product and remove all packaging, including the film on the display.
- 02Check the contents: unit, basket, crisper plate, quick‑start guide.
- 03Place on a heat‑resistant surface with 10 cm clearance at the back. Connect the power.
- 04Run empty for 5 minutes at 200 °C to burn off the protective coating.

What’s wrong?
Product won’t turn on
- 01Check the plug is fully inserted and the outlet works with another device.
- 02Make sure the basket is pushed in — the safety switch cuts power when it’s out.
- 03Hold the power button for 3 seconds. If nothing lights up, contact support.
Error light is flashing
- 01Count the flashes: 2 = basket not seated, 4 = overheating (E4).
- 02Unplug, wait 10 minutes, reseat the basket and plug back in.
- 03If E4 repeats, clean the filter (see guide) and ensure 10 cm clearance behind the unit.
Making an unusual noise
- 01A soft fan hum is normal. Rattling usually means the crisper plate isn’t flat.
- 02Remove the basket, reseat the plate until it clicks.
- 03Grinding sounds: stop using and contact support — covered by warranty.
Wi‑Fi won’t connect
- 01Use a 2.4 GHz network — 5 GHz isn’t supported.
- 02Hold the Wi‑Fi button 5 seconds until it blinks blue, then follow the app.
- 03Move the router closer or restart it; the unit forgets networks after a factory reset.
Food isn’t crisping
- 01Don’t overfill — one layer, with space between pieces.
- 02Preheat 3 minutes and shake halfway.
- 03Pat food dry and use a light spray of oil.

How often should I clean the filter?
Every 3 to 4 uses, or when the panel light turns amber. Pull the tray, rinse the filter under warm water and let it dry fully before refitting.

Yes — basket and crisper plate go on the top rack. The main unit must never be submerged.
Can I use parchment or foil?
Perforated parchment is fine once food is on top of it. Never preheat with loose paper or foil in the basket.
What does the amber light mean?
Filter reminder. It clears automatically after the filter has been removed for more than one minute.
