ItemDocs is software you use in your browser. There are no physical goods, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses.

What you receive
A paid plan gives your organisation access to the ItemDocs Console at itemdocs.com with the product and storage limits shown on the pricing page. QR codes and labels are files you download from the Console; printing them and fixing them to your products is up to you. Nexivara doesn’t print or ship labels.
When you get access
- Your account and the Free plan are available as soon as you sign up.
- A plan paid for online is activated immediately after a successful payment, and at the latest within 24 hours. The new limits show in Console → Billing.
- Plan changes arranged with us directly are activated within one business day of payment, and we send the invoice to the organisation’s owner.
Where the service is available
ItemDocs works anywhere with an internet connection and a modern browser. Your customers open product pages by scanning a QR code; they don’t need an app or an account.
If access doesn’t arrive
If your plan isn’t active 24 hours after payment, tell us through the contact form with the payment reference. We’ll activate it or refund you in full under the Cancellation and refund policy.
