Talk to salesVariants with identical documentation count as one product. Discontinued products stay fully live and count; archived products keep their URL with a support-only page and don’t count. No per-scan fees. Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your local currency, converted at fixed exchange rates and rounded; you’re charged in the currency shown. They exclude taxes; customers in India pay 18% GST (GSTIN 08AWPPB6630G2ZH).
What counts as a product?
One product record with its own page and ID. Variants with identical documentation (colours, sizes) share one record. Drafts, published, unpublished and discontinued products are active and count; archived products don’t.
Do scans cost anything?
No. A million scans is success, not a bill. We price on active products only.
What happens if I downgrade?
Products over the new limit are archived, newest first — never deleted. Their QR codes keep working: the page says the product is archived and shows your support details until you republish it once a slot is free.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. One product, free forever, with the full customer experience.
Can I export everything?
Yes — products, IDs and content as JSON, analytics and registrations as CSV, QR codes as SVG/PNG/PDF. No lock-in.
What differs between plans?
Only the number of active products and the file storage. Every plan has every feature: all page modules, languages, team roles, analytics, import and bulk QR export.
How do I pay?
Online in Console → Billing, by card, UPI, net banking or wallet through Razorpay. Plans are prepaid for a month or a year and never renew automatically; we email you before a period ends, with a GST invoice for every payment.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Plans never renew automatically, so there’s nothing to cancel: if you don’t renew, the plan ends with its period and moves to Free, with nothing deleted. Annual plans are refunded in full within 14 days of payment. Details are in the Cancellation and refund policy, linked in the footer.
Do discontinued products count?
Yes. A discontinued page stays fully live, with every manual and guide plus a notice and an optional replacement, so it uses a slot. Archive a product to free its slot: the QR code then opens a short page with your support details.
